a. Accepted Payments: We accept Apple Pay, Android Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and may, in the future, accept PayPal. All payments are securely processed via Stripe.

b. Refunds: Refunds will be processed solely in the event of concert cancellations or concert date changes.

c. Ticket Delivery: Tickets, available as QR Codes, will be presented on our website to save/screenshot upon purchase and can be scanned at the event entrance. Alternatively, presenting your ID at the entrance for ticket verification is accepted.

3. Event Information & Liability

a. Event Changes: Information regarding changes or cancellations to events will be disseminated through our social networks and event pages.

b. Liability: Deep Dive Culture assumes no responsibility for personal injury, loss of belongings, or any other issues that may arise during events.

4. User Data and Privacy

a. Data Collection: We collect and store names, email addresses, and ticket information for order verification and communication purposes.

b. Data Protection: All payment information and additional user data are securely managed and protected through Stripe.

5. Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including logos, images, and music, is the property of Deep Dive Culture and may only be used with our explicit permission.

Our website may include links to external sites (e.g., opening acts, social networks, Stripe), which are not operated by us. Deep Dive Culture is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
